Art Classes
Art has been used throughout human history to express the depths of human experience, as our minds understand abstract images and symbols on a deeper level than language. Creating art is a powerful tool for improving well-being! I use art therapy techniques with my participants in group classes and with my private clients to help them increase their happiness, manage their emotions positively, and feel more confident. My goal is to help every participant reduce stress and heal emotional pain, while increasing their self-awareness, intuition, and self-expression.
In my guided paint classes, participants follow my direction to create a unique piece. By the end of the class, they go home with their new paintings. My classes can follow the seasons or reflect yearly events and celebrations, such as Winter Wonderland, Mother's Day, Halloween, and Christmas. Additionally, I have extensive experience teaching landscape, floral, pop art paintings, and collages.
These art classes are designed to encourage personal expression and creativity, ensuring that each participant produces a unique piece that reflects their feelings and personality. Above all, my goal is to provide a fun, happy, and safe environment where people feel welcomed and accepted without judgment, and are encouraged to express themselves freely.
